He holds a first-class degree in Physics from the University of Manchester, giving him a solid technical foundation that he applies to all his work. His master’s project pushed him to the forefront of modern physics, building a small-scale model of a particle detector currently in use at the Large Hadron Collider and investigating whether a next-generation design could outperform it.
Since joining Swindell & Pearson, Dan has worked with a wide variety of clients, from multinational corporations to SMEs and startups, quickly gaining an appreciation for the importance of being commercially aware and making sure his advice is with the client’s best interests in mind.
Outside work, Dan is a dedicated Burnley FC season-ticket holder and a keen follower of Formula 1. He is also a big dog lover and looks forward to getting one of his own!
